Finsure provides:

• Company formation in Free Zones and Mainland
• Visa processing services
• Bank account assistance
• Corporate compliance support

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete documentation
• Disclose all material facts
• Comply with UAE laws and regulations
• Pay government fees and our service charges

3. Fees & Payments

• 50% deposit required to commence services
• Balance due before document delivery
• Government fees subject to change without notice
• No refunds after submission to authorities

4. Liability

Finsure shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by government processing
• Client-provided inaccurate information
• Changes in UAE laws/regulations
• Force majeure events

Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UAE laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dubai courts.

6. Amendments

We may modify these Terms by posting updates on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
