These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of FINSURE CORPORATE SERVICES PROVIDER CO. L.L.C. ("FINSURE") provided by FINSURE CORPORATE SERVICES PROVIDER CO. L.L.C., a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("UAE"). By availing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
FINSURE offers business facilitation services aimed at simplifying the process of setting up and managing businesses in the UAE. Our services include, but are not limited to, company setup assistance, licensing, visa processing, branding, digital marketing, banking assistance, and ongoing support.
a. FINSURE offers affordable pay-as-you-go packages for business setup services. The fees for each service are clearly outlined and subject to change at FINSURE's discretion. Any additional charges or government fees will be communicated to the client before proceeding with the service.
b. Payment for services must be made in full prior to the commencement of the service unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
c. All fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated, except in cases where FINSURE fails to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe.
a. FINSURE does not claim ownership of any business established through our services. Clients retain full ownership of their businesses, including intellectual property rights.
b. FINSURE shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities incurred by the client as a result of using our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
a. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the provision of services by FINSURE. Any delays or errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client may affect the timeline and outcome of the service.
b. Clients must comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in the UAE. FINSURE shall not be held liable for any legal consequences arising from the client's failure to comply with applicable laws.
a. FINSURE respects the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose any confidential or proprietary information to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.
b. Clients are also expected to maintain the confidentiality of any information provided by FINSURE during the course of our services.
a. Either party may terminate the services provided by FINSURE upon written notice to the other party. Any fees paid for services not yet rendered will be refunded to the client, minus any expenses already incurred by FINSURE.
b. FINSURE reserves the right to terminate services or refuse service to any client without prior notice if it is determined that the client has violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiations between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
FINSURE reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on our website. It is the client's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
